Tom founded Macrosight in 2017. Prior to founding the firm, Tom worked at Adams Street Partners for fourteen years where he made 100+ primary and secondary investments in venture capital, growth, and buyout funds around the world. Before joining Adams Street, Tom worked on the Private Capital and Real Estate team at Duke Management Company, which managed the assets of Duke University and the Duke University Hospital System. His other experience includes healthcare consulting and managing a not-for-profit serving underprivileged children and teens in Chicago.

Tom has an A.B., Magna Cum Laude, from Dartmouth College and a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Chicago.
